SELF CARE TECHNIQUES AND ACUPRESSURE MASSAGE TO GET RELIEF FROM LOWER BACK PAIN
About
I have learned acupressure therapy from a 'Acupressure Teacher' who is running a successful research based acupressure center. I always preferred to adapt alternative treatment and thus acupressure became my favorite way of getting cure and prevention from many ailments.
Acupressure massage is the part of my daily life and I am happy to share my knowledge via this blog with all. My husband and me, both have experience of back pain and we both prefer alternative way to treat it, including acupressure therapy.
